At Velora Wrist™, your satisfaction and daily freedom are our top priorities. We offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a return or exchange if all conditions below are met:

➜ The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the device, adjustable strap, and USB charging cable.

➜ To protect against fraudulent claims, items with intentional physical damage, modifications, or signs of extreme misuse are not eligible for a full refund.

➜ If your order included any promotional free gifts, they must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your total refund.

➜ A $9.95 processing & handling fee applies to all approved returns.

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Policy)

We stand behind the engineering and quality of our Velora Wrist™ device. If your item arrives damaged, has a defective battery, or the thermal/vibration functions fail to work upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. Please report any shipping defects within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Refund/Replacement Does Not Cover:

➜ Normal wear and tear of the fabric strap over extended use.

➜ Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., exposing the electronic device to water, severe drops, or using unauthorized charging blocks).

➜ Lost or stolen packages after the carrier tracking system shows the status as "Delivered".
